Shape the Future of Women in Kiteboarding – Have Your Say in the Future of KB4Girls

No one has done more for female kiteboarding than KB4Girls. Now they are asking for your help and opinions in shaping their future. Time to step up to the plate.

We are often engaged in (sometimes heated) discussion on social media about the image of woman’s kiteboarding, it’s representation and direction.

Whilst we of course support all aspects of the sport, we must recognise that no one has given more back to the sport of kiteboarding for girls than KB4Girls.

Started in 2009 by Kristin Boese and officially registered as a non-profit in 2011 they have supported and inspired many women into this sport, run hundreds of events and donated over $300,000 to good causes.

Not bad if you think about it.

However as time moves on it is necessary for organisations to adapt around the needs of their audience Kristin Boese has stepped back from her leadership role the reins have been taken up by Laurel Eastman and her team of dedicated girls.

However they need your help. As the organisation undergoes its evolution it is critical to them to know what is important to you the riders.

Here is Laurel to tell you a little bit more…

Join dozens of your fellow women kiteboarders from around the world and donate 5 minutes of your time today to answer the survey from the KB4girls Foundation.

2016 is a year of big changes for KB4girls. A new leadership team is actively re-designing the KB4girls Ambassadors and Supporters programs based on feedback received from women around the world.

This survey is not a list of canned questions. We encourage candid words and This is your time to speak up and be heard!

The KB4girls Board of Directors will digest every piece of feedback you provide. Together we’ll create a better and stronger organization serving women in kiteboarding all over the globe.

Thank you for sharing!

Note: You may submit anonymously, but you won’t be in the drawing for the KB4girls lycra.

The KB4girls Foundation is a non-profit organization, a registered 501(c)(3) charity founded by 9x kiteboarding world champion Kristin Boese. The mission is simple: Empower, Educate, Inspire, and Connect Women in Kiteboarding.

So here is your chance to contribute and help shape something important in our sport.

We are talking directly to all of you who are quick to jump at us when we post bikini shots or viral articles which you consider to not be 100% kiteboarding. Now is your time to have your say.

So please take some time to fill out the questionnaire below and help KB4Girls continue with the good work they have been doing for many years to come.

Not that you should need it, but as an incentive, everyone who fills out the form is in with a chance of winning a KB4Girls lycra.

From us, Laurel and the KB4Girls team, thank you for taking the time to contribute to helping us make a difference.
